Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large mushrooms
3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. minced white onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. green onions or shallots
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. tarragon
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix with bread crumbs, then add to stem mixture.
Use 2 or 3 tablespoons whipped cream.
Add just enough to hold it together. Butter bottom of mushrooms and place on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper lightly.
Stuff mushrooms with filling.
Top with grated Swiss cheese and melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
