Chicken Of The Gods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless breast of chicken
    3 oz. baked ham
    1 egg
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    melted butter
Preparation
    Cut ham julienne 1/4 inch thick; wrap breast over ham.
    Dip in whipped egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle with butter.
    Place in pan and cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serve with chicken fricassee sauce.
