Clam Chowder, Minced - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    3 carrots, small
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. chicken base
    1 large can milk
    1 can minced clams
    1 can clam juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook with water, boil 1/2 hour.
    Mash cooked veggies; add milk, clam juice and clams; thicken with flour mixed in water.
    Simmer 15 minutes on low heat, top with dry parsley.
