Sweet Potato Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook and mash sweet potatoes.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well blended.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
