Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can salmon, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix salmon and cream cheese well.
Add lemon juice, onion, relish and salt.
Mix well.
Make log or ball.
Serve with crackers.
