Company Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
    2 c. cooked rice
    Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. yellow onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    Lea & Perrins sauce (several shakes)
    red hot (several shakes)
Preparation
    Saute onions, pepper and celery in butter until tender.
    Mix soup and shrimp; add to mixture.
    Mix and place in butter casserole and bake at 300\u00b0 until thoroughly heated.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
