Broccoli, Rice And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1-inch Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. Minute rice
1/2 bag broccoli
1/2 bag cauliflower
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Heat water, margarine, soup, milk and cheese in saucepan until cheese melts.
Add rice.
Slightly cook broccoli and cauliflower in small amount of water. Drain. Add to mixture. Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
