German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 medium red potatoes, cooked and peeled
1/2 to 1 medium diced onion
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
Preparation

Cook potatoes, peel and slice in serving bowl.
Fry bacon until crisp, remove bacon, save bacon drippings.
Add onion and bacon pieces to bowl of potatoes.
