Ingredients

3/4 c. dark brown sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 baked pie crust
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Stir in milk slowly.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Turn heat to low, cover and let cook 10 additional minutes, stirring occasionally.
