Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cut up chickens
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 stick butter
    1 lb. mushrooms
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. sour cream
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix flour and seasonings together.
    Roll chicken in flour. Keep remaining flour for later.
    Melt butter; brown chicken in butter.
    Add more butter if needed.
    Remove chicken; add mushrooms and fry for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Remove mushrooms; drain and set aside. Pour remaining drippings into baking dish.
    Add chicken, skin side up.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove chicken.
    Put on warm platter.
    Pour drippings from pan into cup; let fat rise to top.
