Soft Cornmeal Taco Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 c. cold water
2 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Beat the ingredients until smooth.
Cook about 1/4 cup (small) or 1/3 cup (large) batter at a time over medium heat for about 2 minutes, turning once.
You can help the batter spread out after pouring batter onto pan by rolling your pan.
