Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 unbaked pie shell (bake slightly, but not done)

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; stir in potatoes.
Combine milk and butter; add to potato mixture.
Pour in shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
