Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. assorted torn salad greens
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small can baby sweet peas drained (early peas)
    1 medium red onion thinly sliced
    1 16 oz. jar light\tMiracle Whip
    1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a glass bowl, place salad greens.
    Add celery, green peppers, and peas.\tCover with a layer of red onion.
    Add thin layer of light Miracle Whip to cover ingredients.
    Put cheddar cheese on top of Miracle Whip and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
    Cover with plastic wrap and chill 6 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
