Red Velvet Cake #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cocoa
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add vinegar and food coloring.
    Sift flour, soda and cocoa to the mixture.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into pans.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
