Mushroom Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can crescent rolls
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion.
    Pour off fat.
    Layer crescent roll dough in bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan, forming a pie crust edge.
    Add 1/2 can mushroom soup to cooked beef mix.
    Add egg, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Press into pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
