Ingredients

80 crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
3 c. milk
4 boxes instant coconut pudding
1/2 gal. butter pecan ice cream, softened
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Put crackers in bottom of large glass oblong dish.
Mix in melted butter.
Mix pudding and milk.
Mix in ice cream.
Pour on top of cracker crust.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with 3 or 4 crushed crackers.
Freeze for about 1 hour.
