Tasty Pineapple Sherbet(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sugar
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water.
    Dissolve over hot water.
    Combine buttermilk, sugar, pineapple and vanilla.
    Add gelatin.
    Fold in egg white.
    Turn into refrigerator tray.
    Freeze until firm, stirring once.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
