Italian Meat Sauce For Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled canned tomatoes, broken up
12 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley
1 c. canned mushrooms, drained
1 lb. 2 oz. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Brown ground beef, add onions and saute until onions are limp. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cook over low heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Yields 6 (2/3 cup) servings. Each 2/3 cup contains approximately (exchanges):
2 meat, 1 vegetable.
