Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
    2 cans tuna
    1 can shoestring potatoes (9 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except shoestring potatoes, and refrigerate.
    Add shoestring potatoes just before serving.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 8.
