Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
2 beaten egg whites
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Add beaten egg whites by folding them in carefully.
Sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, then finish baking at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
