Pork Lo Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. green onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 lb. lean pork, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. mushrooms
1 c. carrots
1 small can water chestnuts
3/4 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
8 oz. thin spaghetti
season to taste
Preparation

Heat wok to 325\u00b0.
Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, celery, onion, garlic and pork.
Fry 2 minutes, turning until meat is not pink.
Add mushrooms, carrots and water chestnuts and stir-fry until carrots are cooked but still crisp.
