Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked or chopped seafood sticks
    salt and pepper to taste
    30 snow peas
    1 red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except peas. Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight.
    Rinse peas in cold water. Blanch in boiling water 1 minute. Drain and place blanched peas into ice water.
    Pat dry. Slit curved edge of pea to 1/2-inch and fill with cream cheese filling.
