Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese (regular, light or spread)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 oz. toasted, slivered almonds
milk (as necessary)
Preparation

Bring cream cheese and Cheddar cheese to room temperature. Combine all ingredients except almonds, using the milk sparingly, if at all.
Mix thoroughly.
Form into a ball.
Wrap and chill. Roll in almonds before serving with hearty wheat crackers.
Adjust to taste.
