Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour (sift before measuring)
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    red pepper
Preparation
    Grate cheese and allow cheese and margarine to come to room temperature.
    Mix well.
    Add flour gradually.
    Roll into small rolls.
    Chill and slice 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cookies can be topped with a pecan half before baking.
