Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
    2/3 c. strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Combine butter and preserves.
    Beat at low speed of an electric mixer 1 minute or until mixed well.
    Cover and chill. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
    Serve with croissants.
    Yields about 1 1/4 cups.
