Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. diced onion
    16 oz. sour cream
    3/4 stick melted butter
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    (Durkee fried onion rings)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch glass pan, layer frozen hash browns to cover bottom; salt and pepper.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    Top with fried onion rings.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
