Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 c. less 1 Tbsp. skim or low-fat milk
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix, milk, pumpkin and spices.
    Mix for 1 minute at low speed.
    Pour into 9-inch prebaked shell and chill. Serve with lite Cool Whip.
