White Chocolate Fantasy Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. white chocolate
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
Dash salt
1 t. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 t. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler over hot water or in microwave. Pour melted chocolate into large bowl, and cream together with butter and sugar using an electric mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool
for 15 minutes then remove from pans and cool on a wire rack. Cool completely before frosting.
