Fish Baramundi Macadamia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg yolk
1 tsp. clarified butter*
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (4 to 8 oz.) can Macadamia nuts
Preparation

*To Clarify Butter:
Melt slowly over low heat 1/4 pound (1 stick) of butter in frying pan.
As white foam and additives to butter (such as salt) rise to top, skim off top and dispose.
What is remaining in pan is \"clarified butter.\"
The clear/clarified butter is less likely to burn and overbrown the fish before it is cooked through to the middle of the fillet.
