Cheesy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion and butter; cook.
    Drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese to sprinkle over top.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until firm. Sprinkle cheese on top after casserole is done.
