Aunt Jane Smith'S Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    3 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/3 c. bourbon
    7 1/4 oz. crushed Nilla wafers
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in double boiler. Remove from heat. Add sugar, corn syrup and bourbon.
    Mix in cookie crumbs and walnuts.
    Form teaspoon amount into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in fine granulated sugar. Ferment 48 to 72 hours in airtight container. Serve and enjoy.
