Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. chilled stick margarine, cut into small pieces
    3/4 c. 1% low-fat buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine flour and the next 3 ingredients in a bowl.
    Cut in chilled margarine with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Add buttermilk; stir until moist.
    Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface; knead dough 4 or 5 times.
    Roll dough to a 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place on a baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 11 minutes, or until golden.
