Stuffed Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 qt. water
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Sauerkraut
    seasoned with garlic powder.
    Boil solution for five minutes.
    Stuff peppers with kraut, and put in jars, cover with
    solution.
    Place in water bath canner, when water comes to a boil take out of canner.
    Do not boil.
    Wear rubber gloves.
