Coconut Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3 egg whites

Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients not over 2 minutes.
Pour over beaten egg whites.
Beat about 10 minutes, then ice cake.
