Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 or 3 potatoes
    2 or 3 onions
    2 or 3 carrots
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat, potatoes, onions and carrots in bite size pieces. Place all ingredients in casserole. Stir to mix. Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
