Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
2 c. grated medium or sharp cheese
3/4 stick oleo
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together.
Put into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Top with mixture of crackers and oleo.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Good with ham.
