Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    2 c. plain flour
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream butter, oil and sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour, salt, soda and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts and coconut.
    Divide into 3 layers.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until done.
