Italian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs (separate yolks and whites)
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleomargarine
    1/2 c. Crisco butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream Crisco,
    sugar
    and oleomargarine.
    Add egg yolks one at a time
    to this mixture.
    Mix together soda and buttermilk and let stand
    for\ta
    few\tminutes.
    Add
    alternately to creamed mixture flour and buttermilk.
    Add pecans and coconut. Fold in egg whites. Beat
    egg whites stiff before folding in. Bake in\t3
    round greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
