Texas Ladies Champion Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. meat
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne (red pepper)
1/4 tsp. jalapeno powder
2 tsp. beef base (bouillon)
1 c. beef broth
1 tsp. chicken base
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. chili powder
1 pkg. goya (m.s.g.)
Preparation

Brown meat with seasoned salt.
Cook 15 minutes.
Add tomato sauce; cook 30 minutes.
Add paprika, onion powder, cayenne, jalapeno powder, beef base, beef broth, chicken base, chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cook until meat is tender, then add remaining ingredients.
Cook until meat is done.
