Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. yellow corn meal
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    vegetable oil
    8 to 10 wooden skewers
    1 lb. hot dogs or veggie dogs
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in milk, egg and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.
    Insert wooden skewer in each hot dog.
    Dip in batter, coating completely.
    Deep fry at 325\u00b0 until golden, about 2 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve hot.
