Very Easy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lean beef stew meat for 10 to 12 people (3 to 4 lb.)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
    1/2 c. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Combine, bake covered 3 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serve over thin egg noodles or rice with salad and rolls.
