3 to 3 1/2 lb. center cut ham slices (2-inches thick), trim off fat
1 (16 oz.) can apricots, undrained
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Score edges of ham slices; place in 2-quart (12 x 7-inch) baking dish.
Combine apricot juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and nutmeg in a small mixing bowl and pour over ham.
Top with apricots and dot with butter.
Microwave on Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until ham is hot and sauce thickened.
Let stand for five minutes before serving.
