Brownie'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium yellow squash
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. cream or half and half
salt to taste
pepper to taste
grated cheese
bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Wash squash and cut up into pieces.
Boil until tender. Drain.
Mash with potato masher (not to mushy).
Add margarine, chopped onion, sugar, cream, salt and pepper.
Mix well and pour into a greased deep casserole dish.
Top with bread or cracker crumbs and grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
