Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c oil
    2 c sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c pecans
    cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 c self-rising flour
    3 c chopped raw apples
Preparation
    Peel and dice apples, set aside.
    Put oil in mixing bowl. Add sugar and egg, beat until creamy.
    Add small amount of flour to creamed mixture.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Batter will become very stiff.
    Fold in pecans and apples.
    Spread evenly in bottom of large square pan or tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Cool 15 minutes removing from the pan.
