Chicken, Green Beans And Rice(Low Calorie And Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken (breast meat best)
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth**
    1 (14 oz.) can French-cut green beans, drained
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. parsley
    dash of pepper, salt and curry powder
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken ahead and cut up.
    Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except rice.
    (**For broth, use liquid from cooking chicken and use liquid drained from green beans and mushrooms; if more is needed, add water and a small amount of chicken base for 13 3/4 ounces.) Bring to a boil; stir in rice.
    Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
