California Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. Burgundy or other red wine
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms well under running water; remove stems and drain caps.
    Combine Burgundy with oil and garlic salt; pour over mushrooms and allow to marinate several hours or overnight.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve on cocktail picks.
    Mushrooms will darken slightly, but are delicious!
