Barbecue Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

salmon steaks or fillets
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar or equivalent in sugar substitute (Sweet 'N Low)
4 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, but salmon, and shake well.
Place salmon on rack in shallow pan, skin side down.
Baste salmon with sauce 1/2 hour before broiling.
Broil for 7 to 10 minutes until pieces just begin to flake.
Do not overbake.
