Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 to 4 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. White Lily self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.
    Stir flour and sugar together.
    Cut in shortening until size of peas.
    Mix buttermilk with yeast water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir with fork until moistened.
    May be covered and refrigerated overnight.
