French-Style Green Beans - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. crushed cheese crackers
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine first 5 ingredients in 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
Cook until butter melts, stirring constantly. Add sour cream.
Drain green beans; then add.
Mix well.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Top with cheese and crackers.
Sprinkle butter over top.
Bake 30 minutes.
