Stuffed Bass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 lb. bass
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    Salt & pepper
    1 can mushroom soup + 1/2 can water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brush fish with melted butter; sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste. Spread stuffing over fish. Top with last 3 ingredients in order given.
